I wanted to try oven cooking a breakfast in one casserole pan. I also added a frozen pie and onions. It took a lot longer to cook, especially to crisp it up which it still didn’t do very well, but I really enjoyed. Some of it like the black pudding got mixed up with the tomato’s a bit bit because they broke apart with the hash browns. I did the beans in a pan, with a bit of grated cheese, the eggs were done in a different cast iron pan. Not a massive fan of eggs so they are probably overdone. Presentation not great. Thoughts?
