This was phenomenal! Part of the test kitchen recipes.
The only thing I tweaked was the amount of proofing time. It recommended 60 min then transfer to the pan and rest for another 30. I keep my house pretty cool so I proofed for 2 hours, then 45 in the pan. Cooked for 30 min, turned out perfect! It came with a basic spring mix salad with creamy basalmic dressing as a side but really the pizza was more than enough on its own.
