Apparently you can whip the liquid from tofu like you can from canned beans, according to this FB reel! But apparently it doesn’t bake like egg whites and will collapse (OP tried making cloud bread in the reel but it dissolved), but maybe it could be used as a volume additive in no-bake recipes? Curious if anyone has tried this before! Seems like a great sub for vegans!
