Join MommaQuickEats as make some Original Flavored Hummus. I like it better than the store bought. It is cheaper than store-bought, you do want to add tahini, which can be pricey, but you’re good to make so much more and you know exactly what’s going into it and I like it better.
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
5-6 TBS water
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
