Personally I would go with the ramen, I work at a ramen shop, and our pork miso ramen is about 700-800 calories (seems high), but the noodles at our place is about 400 calories, a lot of people ask for less noodles which cuts the noodle cals by about half, and some people get no noodles. So if you were to do that the total would be closer to 500-600, and with no noodles closer to 400. Pork belly is a fattier cut, so if you could swap it for an extra egg or a leaner protein like beef or chicken it would make it less calories as well. Ramen soup broth can be oily and salty but is typically only around 100-200 cals, in this case the broth looks quite clear so I would say closer to 100. A seasoned egg is about 80 calories.
I am not too sure about the sandwich as mayo is quite calorie dense and the bread looks like it is pan fried/grilled in butter or oil. So I would say the sandwich is 600-800 calories as well, but will be less volume/less filling compared to the ramen.
So the ramen to me is the better choice, it is more customizable, more volume, and will a blananced meal.
