    It’s eye round but damn if that isn’t the porkiest looking beef I’ve ever seen.

    I’ve never seen a beef Eye of Round that pale. It’s a boneless pork loin chop.

    They’re either Veal or pork medallions

    Could be pork Eye of Round, the shape + grayskin layout says so

    I’d say pork tenderloin medallions. Just don’t overcook them. They are tender and delicious
