This is the perfect appetiser board that you can whip up for your party tonight. And you don’t even need to soak the chickpeas overnight, you can buy canned chickpeas or quick soak for 2 hours in boiling water.
As for the recipe:
Blend together – 1 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 tbsp tahini, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 tbso chickpea cooking water, 3 cloves garlic, 1-2 tsp lemon juice, salt.
2-3 ice cubes for fluffiness.
Spread the hummus on a board.
Mix green yogurt with garlic and salt. Mix. Spread that over the hummus.
Top with olive oil, jalapeños, olives, feta cheese, fried chickpeas, chilli powder, pickled onions and cucumber. Serve with pita chips or bread! ENJOYYY

Just an tip…use fried garlic…i ate that test in Israeli restaurant in Macleodganj. Fried brown garlic is game changer.b
