1. Add the apple cider vinegar, sugar, turmeric, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and celery seed to a pot and stir to combine. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Raise the heat to the boiling again. 5. Add the jalapeno peppers and bring to a boil. 6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. 7. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the peppers into sterile canning jars. 8. Bring the syrup to the boiling again. 9. Boil for 6 minutes. 10. Top the peppers with the boiling sirup. 11. Wipe the rims and put the lids on. 12. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
