This was really good. I had ordered it in the past and it had been missing something. Tonight we enjoyed it.

I did add like 1/2 a bag of frozen corn when I put the ground beef in the pan. The corn added a lot, frozen peas would also be good.

  2. This is a great remake! We buy fattier beef, so I actually cook the beef first, drain off most of the fat, and then sauté the mirepoix in what’s left.
