This is a throw together recipe so you can make it bigger or smaller depending on what you need, but man, breakfast has no right to taste this good!
Low fat/no sugar protein yoghurt (I use vanilla) – 70g.
A scoop of chocolate protein powder (mix into the yoghurt)
Berries on top (or whatever fruit you want)
Cacao nibs for crunch!
(I also have a modified version for vanilla protein powder, but add some cinnamon as well, and sub out the cacao nibs for nuts)
