Dinner Tonight. Pressed burger. I did not smash due to spatula selection.

I don’t know if “want a smashburger”. But go to the walmart clearance section and they will often times have some yt ppl’s “smash thing” for cheap or just buy some parchment paper and use a pan or something. Now if you don’t care ignore this post and that burger still looks FIRE!!!!!! Good job

Firstly, it looks delicious. Secondly, I commend you for not calling it a smash burger. It’s a very abused term.

The meatloaf and cheese look so tempting.

Before I got a burger smasher I actually just used a smaller skillet pan. Like the 6 or 7 inch ones.
Id put the wax paper over the meat, then smash with the pan bottom. Pressing into the pan itself to get even press. Worked great. No need for spatially to press at all.
