Is there a term in Mexico for sticking a load of left over food in a taco?

In England some call it hodge podge – usually eaten with potatoes here. Or into a stew/casserole.

This 'taco' has lettuce (needed eating + I need the vitamins), roast chicken, Cochinita Pibil, some very sad pickled red onions, coriander and salsa verde. (+ melted mild cheddar; so technically a quesadilla)
