Salami and mozz focaccia.

I really enjoyed this. 9/10 because of what may have been user error. I had trouble with the dough being too sticky and needed an extra 1/4 cup of flour. But I used my stand mixer so that's the possible user error.

The crust got pretty crunchy, but not too hard.

It's much darker than the HF image because I did half the cheese on top.

I hope it is a returning product though because it was easy to make otherwise and a great meal.

Try some of the creamy balsamic on the focaccia. 😍
