WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Wichita is getting a new addition to its food scene this spring with the arrival of RAHA Mediterranean, a new upscale restaurant opening inside TapNPaddles, the pickleball and dining venue located off K-96 and Oliver.
RAHA will offer Mediterranean cuisine, combining vibrant flavors with locally sourced ingredients—perfect for post-pickleball dining or a weekend night out.
From FioRito to RAHA
RAHA comes from the minds behind one of Wichita’s most beloved local restaurants—FioRito. Known for its elevated yet approachable Italian fare, FioRito has built a loyal following. RAHA is the next evolution. While Italian roots defined FioRito, RAHA will dive into Mediterranean cuisine. So you can expect the same craftsmanship, just with a whole new flavor profile.
Meet the Chef: Jason Rickard
Chef Jason Rickard, a Wichita native, is to lead at RAHA. After years of culinary experience and success with FioRito, RAHA is sure to be another hit.
