Goodness…this turned messy after these pics were taken! 😅🤣

First attempt at my fish pie batch cook recipe. I have since reduced the amount of milk from 1600 to 1000mls to prevent future spillage next time I cook these.

430 calories per serving. Will be frozen and baked when required.

Soften cubed carrots, add chopped spring onions.
Poach the fish in the milk, drain and reserve the milk.
Make the sauce with a rue of butter and flour, adding the milk back in slowly until thickened.
Add the peas, carrot mix, fish, mustard and seasonings to the sauce.
Distribute between containers and top with broccoli mash.
Will freeze and bake when I need, topping of cheese optional. Yum.
