Carrot chunks are too big and/or not cooked down enough. It’s a bit tomato heavy and hasn’t cooked properly to be the rich, deeply meaty sauce Bolognese should be.
I’m sure it was delicious but it’s not what I would want if I was expecting Bolognese.
