I picked up that same Cooper’s and the same Quarantine sauce from a farmer’s market over the last couple of years. Was not disappointed in either.

Have you tried the Buccee’s Carolina Reaper? Mine got lost in my pantry for a few years and I threw it out without trying it. If it’s good I might pick some up next time I go past a Buccee’s again.
