👉Recipe for 2: mash 2 bananas, 1 cup of soy milk and cinnamon. Dip the bread on both sides. Bake on parchment paper in the air fryer and flip half way until golden or on low heat on a frying pan.

✨Black forest cake protein smoothie✨I choose to meal prep my morning smoothie produce so all I have to do is blend it and put it in a cup. You want the smoothie to be fresh to have the most nutrients!

✨Dinner✨ Vegan Sausage rolls and Paris salad✨

Vegan sausage rolls: defrost your pastry dough so it’s ready to use. Roll it out and fill it with the filling. Roll them up, spray them with avocado oil, sprinkle Celtic salt and pepper. Bake according to your pastry dough. I do 350 about 30 mins.
Filling: in the food processor pulse:
1 can lentils drained and rinsed)
2 carrots
1 cup pecans
Marinara sauce about 1/2 cup or so so it’s a nice sticky filling
Onion and garlic
Celtic salt and pepper

✨Snack treat or dessert✨ Crunchy chocolate clusters✨ Honestly what is life without something treat-ish sometimes! I rather have these than processed or white sugar and crummier ingredient based cookies.
👉Recipe: melt vegan chocolate and mix in organic peanuts. Place little clusters on a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle Celtic salt on top. Freeze until hardened. Soooo good! 🤤
