May seem like an overestimate but due to any oils and sauces I want to be safe and track a little on the higher side lol. The rice for sure is 220 calories. The noodles are 320 calories for 90g uncooked (though I don’t know my exact portion). Then tsang’s classic stir fry sauce (25 cal per tbsp), broccoli, onion, scallion, green bell pepper, chicken, a little bit of peanut (I think?), and whatever oil was used to cook it. It looks like a small portion in the first photo but looks like more when you spread it out a bit so that’s another reason why I feel it could be more than I initially thought.

Either way, it was yummy and totally worth it! I would just like some opinions of how to log it.

Als before someone comments about it, I did not cook the meal myself. Otherwise I would have tracked everything

800 would be the highest I’d guess. No way it’s 1000. Reality is probably like 700.

def lower than 1000. 500-600 at most

Maximum 500 calories, most of which would depend on oil and sugar level of the sauce

Noodles look full of veggies, I’d go with 600

  6. How is what looks to be a quarter cup of rice 220 cal?
