    Is that a baby pizza or a giant pizza peel? They look great though!! Cheese is super white. Are you making it in house. We had that problem at a place i was at with grande curd. We started using grande snd belgioioso curd mixed. Browned a bit better. If you’re in phoenix a.z. ill stop by!!!!! Best of luck!!!!!

  4. Looks good. Your cheese is probably too cold going into the oven. Leave the mozz on the counter. You oven temp seems spot on but you’re not giving the cheese enough time to relax.
