No idea why but my grocer had some big cheeses for super clearance. Exp date is a long ways off still. Was really tempted by an entire wheel of brie for $25 or a big aged cheddar wheel for $40. I might go back in the morning and get some more cheese…they had several bags of gruyere and blocks of parmesan reggiano.
Parm rind is really good in soups, FYI.
