    how do you cut the noodles after they’re cooked? i figured they would just squish under a knife? or am i overestimated how much they’re cooked?

  2. That carrot recipe changed my life. I don’t even bother with all the fancy stuff any more. I just boil them for 5 minutes before roasting them for 40 minutes with salt, pepper, olive oil.

    Friends RAVE about them.
