Surprisingly easy to assemble. The verde and rojo sauces are easy to roast and blend. Slight toast on the tortillas and keep them wrapped in damp paper towels. I kept a tray in the oven on the warm setting and this made rolling so much easier.
The filling is shredded chicken from making stock. Rice is tomato paste, stock and seasoning

What do you normally include in the sauces?
