I think these will help me stay within my calorie goal. Should i have them with PB2? Pb fit?

  2. literally currently eating them w a thin layer of the vegan pesto and a slice of the pre sliced mozzarella. 360 cal 20g protein and YUM 😋😋😋

  5. Love trying new things on these! One of my favorites is simple – whipped cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
    Lite Laughing Cow wedges are so yummy on them, too.

    I also just recently found bruschetta that had only 40 calories for 2 tablespoons so I did that with cream cheese and it is amazing!!

    I wish they held up in the microwave because I really want to melt cheese and do pepperoni but they like implode and become 1000 degrees.

    Fat free cottage cheese with some smoked salmon and cucumber.

    I use it like I’d make an avocado toast. It’s great with avocado and cottage cheese or avocado and an egg.

  8. Some goat cheese with tomato onion and arugula…..
    Jam and fruit on top. Greek yogurt with fruit. Peanut butter and raisins. Even put meat on it. Anything’s possible with those.

    I eat them often. Cottage cheese, smoked salt and pickled jalapeño slices. Reminds me (faintly, but enough) of a jalapeño popper.

    I also like them with hummus, cucumber, sriracha and dill but the trick is to find a lower calorie hummus. The one I get is 60 vs 90 cal per serving so that helps.

    Cream cheese and smoked salmon or cream cheese or cottage cheese and sliced turkey plus sliced cherry tomatoes with a little dazzle of balsamic glaze

    I spray a bit of olive oil spray, then add some oregano, black pepper, sea salt, and a couple sprinkles of feta cheese. I bet some sliced tomatoes would be good too.
