Just in case if you’re wondering if a 2 burner is big enough
My Weber spirit 2 burner is the perfect sized for my family. We just cook in batches if needed. 12ish good sized chops.

it might be good enough, but for control the 2 burner is tough to maneuver.
I would have to do more than one batch just because when I had a 2 burner, some of the areas are hotter and I like doing a bit of indirect if I can help.

Just because the grill plates are that big doesn’t mean all parts of it get hot lol.
