She’ll say “it’s perfect, the big ones scare me”

  2. Fantasy_Puck

She might want something green on the side and maybe a plate.

may be good for a left handed handy, but thats about it.

  4. As a girl, we would say “where are the sides?”

    Still would slam it down

My dude, if you are trying to impress a girl, use some plates and silverware

  6. Put the butter in at the end after the steak is seared with oil because butter milk solids have a lower burning point and its going to taste burnt.

If you care enough to cook for her then yes she should. But man you need to refresh your cooking skills. Dont cook anything with the steak as a start and dont submerge it in oil. As for the egg it is a personal preference but the black parts doesnt look nice.

Meat’s okay. Sauce is probably alright. 7/10 effort, 3/10 food. If she’s into you, she’ll like it anyway. Good luck.

No sear on the steak and the eggs cooked in burnt oil.

She’ll like it if you cook from a cast iron pan

A single burnt egg? Wow swinging for the fences are we

Some of yall are harsh af. My opinion is she’s gonna be impressed regardless just because you cooked for her. Steak looks good. Egg looks good. Sauce to dip steak in looks good. Again, just because you tried and cooked something should be enough but maybe that’s just me. Trial run i saw you say but definitely need a side or 2 and I would think you’re good to go (:

Just steak and eggs? Is it for breakfast? If this is dinner then get some veggies and a starch, please.

Broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, and green beans are all great pairings with a steak and can be delicious when cooked right. Serve it alongside some potatoes, rice, or even mac & cheese. Get some flowers and a nice red wine too, and she will be absolutely blown away.

If you wanna save dishes, get the ready-made mac or mashed/scalloped potatoes and veggies from your local grocery store. Usually, you just throw them in the oven and cook them right out of the container you bought them in. It won’t cost but another $20, and you just toss the containers out when done. Probably another $20 for the flowers and wine.

Idk how much you’re really trying to impress if you think she’s worth going all out like that, but doing the above is my play call every time if I want to get into scoring position.

Steaks not great, but that Henckels chefs knife is a great choice.

I’m biased here because I love steak, but yes. Maybe even objectively.

  18. Thicker steak, better cut of meat, better sear. Try again tonight, homie

Great start. Get plates, cutlery, 2 sides, red wine sauce from drippings, wine or drink of choice, candles, music, set a time, plan for things to do before and after.
