I steamed and crumbled some tempeh, and pressed and crumbled some super firm tofu, marinated in a teriyaki sauce, and then baked it until crispy! Then I dumped it in a skillet I had going with ginger, garlic, shallot, and spicy peppers. Then I added some vegetarian oyster sauce, some veggie stock, and some basil to finish it off!
