Just moved everything to the basement for more space. Some of my leaves started curling and showing signs of scalding (maybe?). The lights are probably 12" higher since moving to the basement, though. I'm wondering if I might need longer chains for the lights now.
What's the best app to use to check the light levels?
I put a heater in the basement and the temperature down there is 65-67 degrees F, is this warm enough to prevent hardening off too early?
Any other tips are appreciated!

Looks great, nice benches. Get ready for those things to pop soon and start taking up way more space. 65-67 is ok I think.. I get down into the 60s at night and up near 80 during the day in my rack in my shop. I use the Photone app to get a rough estimate of light intensity using my iphone. Start fertilizing if you aren’t already and they look pretty great from what I can see. Keep rollin!
Looking good! May I ask what lights you are using?
I’ve actually experienced some light tan blemishes when I take reject seedlings and remove them from good grow lights to make space for others. It looks super similar to sunburn, but it’s when leaves are getting suddenly less light than they’re used to. I also see this when my hydroponic pepper plant reaches further out past the light.
If you know for sure you’re using the same lights for the same time period daily, then I’d move the lights down to about where you had them on your floor setup.
You’ve got a good start and in comparison to your previous years I hope you are really excited. Sorry if I missed anything in your write up I have been distracted by pepper thoughts all day
