This was my very first attempt at making beef ribs. The first part I did by the book however later in the cook I had to somewhat rush it. Just wondering if this looks how it should? The last couple hours I had to roast it at 350° – 375° due to timing. Thanks in advance. Any critical feedback welcome.

  1. Looks like perhaps they are a touch dried out, but if they tasted great the rushed cook worked out then! Smoke on brother!
