Onions mixed with Sumac, red wine vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and parsley is an amazing combo.

    I have always known sumac to be poison ivy. TIL there is sumac that is not poisonous and used in cooking.

  4. Raw? Are they marinated a certain amount of time? In the fridge or not? Whats going on here.
