So I’ve started a ton of tomatoes this year and I’ve been having some issues with the different types. I’ve figured out the other problems (I think) but the Amish Paste tomatoes just look so sad. They are very floppy and the new growth is even more floppy. They get 10-12 hours of light day via grow lights, they have a fan on them for about 6-10 hours a day, they get watered every 3-5 days. The top soil gets really dry really fast, like within a day but if I touch the bottom of the soil it’s still very moist 3 days later. I’m not sure if it’s a watering issue or if it’s common for his type of tomato? Help!

They are more floppy whispy-type tomatoes. Normal. Good looking plant.

Amish Paste is a very weepy wispy variety. Totally normal.

It’s ready to go in the ground is all. Time to leave the nest.

How often are your fertilizing? They can push out weak growth if over fertilized. Do you have other Amish paste doing well? I think the picture looks pretty damn good and possibly just how that tomato grows.

It’s ready to go outside and be in the actual earth with pollinators, magnetic energy, etc… but it keeps freezing… that’s what’s wrong. Transplant it already, and use a tarp at night
