
I know, usual go-to is meat with a side of more meat, right?
However, if you are on the fence buying Weber’s vegetable pan—get it! Holy Wow, best grilled veg I’ve ever cooked.
Tip—if using carrots put them on first, then tatos, then the softer vegetables…maybe a 7-8 minute cadence. Grill was at 400 degrees maybe 30-ish mins total time. I overcooked this batch cause was waiting on the carrots pieces to soften up.
Pre-grill—toss veg with EVO, SPG, maybe some cayenne….let em sit for 20-30mins before cooking. Did this with a big ‘ol Costco Strip Steam—Yum!

Looked at it for years. But always just stuck with a cast iron pan
I have the longer one. I use it with the Weber roasting rack when I set up indirect heat on my Q3200. It’s a good piece.
