Finished with a little extra rub and pork drippings after pulling. It tasted damn good.

  1. A first time post I can actually appreciate. Step one, you used black gloves. Step two, you clearly gave it adequate rest time before your bone pull and shredding. Well done IMO!

    I’ve done maybe 4-5 butts and still haven’t been able to pull the bone out like that

    I am not a expert, but, you can try to use less temperature, and more cooking time.if you want a crust, you can try more temperature on final phase.
