Hello, my friends, today will make a very delicious grilled calamari recipe with a mazing dressing and lemon parsley mixture on top perfect for Easter appetizer
Ingredients:-
½ tsp each: salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, fish spices optional
1 to 2 pounds of calamari (450 to 900 grams) I used frozen cleaned calamari.
If you use fresh calamari; remove the inside of the calamari and peel off the skin.
With scissors cut right below the eyes to free the tentacles, and clean with running water multiple time until it is clean.
2 TSP chopped Fresh parsley
2 to 4 cloves of garlic chopped
1/3 cup of lemon juice, divided and zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon wedges for serving, optional
Steps:
It is soooo delicious with lemony garlicy taste and brown grilling marks

add salt and black pepper
add rest of spices to calamari and tentacles
add lemon juice
add ¼ cup Extra virgin Olive oil or Avocado oil
stir everything all together and cover and leave calamari in dressing for minimum 30 min or overnight if you have time
meanwhile will prepare the topping dressing
Add chopped parsley
and minced garlic and lemon zest and stir
add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste
in hot grilling pan add oil
spread oil with a brush
add calamari and cook for 5 minutes each side on medium high heat
flip it and look at this amazing sizzling and grilling marks
smell is amazing, and it tastes so delicious
This recipe is a perfect appetizer for Easter or gatherings
repeat same steps for rest of calamari
add more oil and cook the tentacles they are so delicious and so crunchy
