    Looks tasty as is, but to really caramelize them, it looks like you need about an hour more. Keep the heat low and give them time. But onions at any stage are delicious, and what you’ve got there I’m sure will be great.

    These are perfect. Do not listen to the people who say go further, they are the people who fry their onions into a gray mush that looks like something the cat threw up.
