I hate to be the one to break it to you but prime rib with au jus and a side of potato and veg unfortunately doesn’t have macros this good. You’re generally looking at around 27g per 400 cal of it.

How did you arrive at that protein & cal amount? It looks tasty as hell! But I know that the amount of oil and spices and sauce used for that type of meat dish is usually a lot higher than 350 cals and you also seem to have some veggies and sauce/puree.

Yea it looks delicious. But, i hate to join the party of questionable cals.

I checked out a couple chain restaurants and Outback’s prime rib is 740 cals for 11 oz, [Texas Roadhouse](https://www.texasroadhouse.com/location/508-decatural/menu/hand-cut-steaks/prime-rib) is 920 for 12 oz. So i think yours might be a little higher than 400 cals. Hope it was great, though!
Yea that’s 100% not 400 cals
yeahhh it’s not :/ that looks to be 12-16 oz. a 12 oz cut of prime rib is about 800-900 cals
No it’s not!
Looks good but a lot more calories than that
