
So i recently watched this video of Phil Cofer showing what he eats in a day & I’m very surprised. I recently have been experimenting with a plant-based diet & my idea of it doesn’t stroke with this video at all. His diet is like mostly just fruits & almost no protein or fats. I thought veggies & legumes were supposed to be your main food sources???

Even watermelon has some protein and fat and seems quite healthy from what i have read. You can also just google the nutritional value of each of those fruits and other plant based foods he used in the video and make your diet around it.
If the diet he follows in video is nutritionally complete then only reason to add other plants would be for extra benefits that you can’t get from others.
Bruh just watch the video, you don’t need a calculator. He eats enough protein for an 8y old girl
