    He was cutting pork belly, this was all the rendered fat in the pan. Fuckin love this kid

    I feel like being at least stoned and a bit drunk is par for the course in kitchens. Nothing out of the ordinary.

    Had a head chef that would do bumps off the board while working hot side line during rush.

    Isn’t mildly stoned and (line?) cook redundant? Like not every stoner is a cook, but I’ve yet to meet a sober line cook
