Nice! In addition to the recipe, what is your process to heat? Do you thaw in the fridge, on the counter first, or straight from freezer? Microwave or transfer to a pot to heat? I’ve had bad luck freezing soups but want to figure it out. My last experiment was to freeze in a bag and then place in warm water but the bags would break and ruin the soup. Couldn’t get that process right.
