YES oh my god! I had a friend in college who always asked if they can “just have a couple” and while I’d always say yes out loud, in my head I was just like NOOO I COUNTED THIS OUT ALREADY and it’s MINE!!!

Lol yes. It bugs me when my husband starts taking from my plate or wants us to share a plate cause I am trying to count my portion size

I’ve been on my weight loss journey for just over a year. I’ve lost 91 lbs so far. A few months back my puppy (fully grown 5 yrs old) had to go to the emergency vet. She’s been 60 lbs her entire adult life give or take a pound. She weighed in at 55 pounds. I was sooooo worried her weight loss was a symptom of something bc that’s a twelfth of her body weight! The vet assured me she seemed fine. The next day I thought about it. I used to regularly make pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, and I’d pick it all off and feed 90% to the pups. I don’t do that anymore, so my diet inadvertently put them onto one too. They’ve had far less people food over the past year bc I weigh and count my calories and I’m not giving any away.

My kids just drank 20% of my protein shake and I’m sitting here thinking, ” you guys never want my shake unless I happen to be stupid hungry.”
