First time using my Ivory Master-Touch after picking it up a few weeks ago. Started with a full chimney to do the burn-off, topped out over 575F on the thermopro, lid thermometer had looped back around to 200. Took about 40 minutes to bring it back down 450F by closing down the vents 90%. Tossed the chicken on and left it for 20mins, flipped, and another 20 minutes. At this point the kettle was sitting around 340F, and meat was probing 165-180F. Gave it all a quick sear over the coals, and voila!

First Run on the Ivory Master-Touch! Jerk and BBQ Chicken!
