    For the filling:

    Mustard oil

    Cumin seeds

    Mustard seeds

    Onion

    Garlic

    Curry leaves

    Green chilli

    Lamb mince

    Turmeric

    Garam masala

    Curry powder

    Salt

    Cooked new potatoes

    Fresh coriander (stems and leaves)

    Frozen peas

    Bro they look ace, but the very concept of forgetting things in a freezer is very very foreign to me haha I live day to day and lucky to eat most days. Weird asf but very well done. Got the drool going lmao. From the whole of Grimsby.

    Wonton wrappers make a good quick alternative for Gujarati style pastry (much thinner) I’m told.
