Linguine with Mussels and Sun-dried Tomatoes in Pesto

I love mussels so for this dish, so last year, I experimented using them on this pesto pasta for a change, instead of the usual shrimps. I loved the texture, the combination of flavors, and the contrasting red sun-dried tomatoes and green pesto colors. 🙂
