Found this baby for 80 bucks . Person only used it a couple times. Would had opted for a performer on FB but I doubt they would fit in my civic .

Congrats! Hope you love it as much as my family and I do!

Also…my Performer barely fit in my Armada. You made the right call based on space, lol

Excellent. And you’ve chosen wisely on the charcoal. I’d suggest that you put a grill mat under it. Also, you can buy a performer cart off Amazon for ~$175. My sister got a 22″ kettle that was a year old off FBM for $25. I bought her the cart from Amazon. For ~$200, she has a performer.

Welcome to the family! And you got “professional” grade Kingsford (maybe from Costco) -nice stuff!!!

I know it has been mentioned, but at the very least get a grill mat. From experience, it only takes a gust of wind to be dealing with burn marks on your patio.

  5. Awesome! Look up the chuds bbq Weber kettle video about crispy skin chicken thighs. He has a slow n sear and some accessories, none of em are necessary

Welcome to the club, just be warned tho, that charcoal you bought is WAY hotter than normal, use half as much or be prepared for everything to burn instantly if youre doing anything direct, its good for indirect cooks tho

Surprised they allow charcoal grills on that deck.
