A friend brought this for me from Korea. I tried it as is, but I think I might not be having it the right way. Does anyone know a better way to enjoy it or use this?

  1. These are red ginseng roots that were soaked in honey.

    They are indeed meant to be eaten as is (like licorice candy). The package should have directions (in Korean) that say exactly that. They are *not* meant to be used to make tea.
