This load has garlic, potatoes, mushrooms, corn, cheese, and beer. We already stocked up our fridge with leftovers of smoked salmon, lamb ribs, pork chops, and corned beef.

  2. So you just like warm beer or what?

Wait, genius, every time you check the food you have a beer waiting for you!

I would recommend a roll of smoke gasket, put it all around the door and it’ll stop smoke from escaping

I am curious on the potatoes and mushrooms. Honestly the corn too. How long for each? Temp?

My favorite way to smoke corn is in the husk. Soak it in salt water for about 30 minutes before going on the smoker. Comes out perfect every time

A side of buttered trout for about 45 mins. Drop some into a soft roll with a bit too much homemade tartare.

I’m just here for the Nordic jam. I’ve found out smoked potatoes are not really my jam. But congrats on the smoker. Only way to find out what you like is by trying

You’re also using it as a pottery kiln? Man, you’re multitasking like a mofo.

I smoked pepper and salt for a friend of mine this week

  10. Why smoke the beer? Are you going to re-cool it and drink?

Keep it up! When I bought my first smoker, it was analogous to masturbating the first time. Let’s see what this fucking thing can handle!

Get you a Thermo Pro so you know what the internal temp actually is. My Pit Boss reading is usually about 50-70 degrees off.
