after 5 years and hundreds of cooks, my no name sous vide machine snapped in half. it's final session was a 24 hour pastrami.

    I had the same thing happen on my very similar looking Inkbird. I opened the whole thing (there’s a few hidden screws), reconnected the flat cable to the board with tweezers (there’s a plastic sheet to hold it in place), and fixed the top with two-component glue. It’s been working again and going strong since.
