Today, I’m going to show you how to make The Most Delicious Seafood Stew — made with giant squid tentacles,baby squid, shrimp, and salmon.
You can use your preffered seafood of course!

Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
300 g baby squid
2 salmon fillets (can be substituted with halibut, seabass, or tilapia)
200 g peeled shrimp
800 g giant squid tentacles
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp hot chili flakes (or powder)
1 cup fish broth
1 cup squid broth (from boiling the tentacles)
1 cup water (or as needed)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
30 g herb-butter
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Couple of basil leavs
Ingredients for Boiling the Squid Tentacles:
3 liters of water
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
4 bay leaves (laurel leaves)
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
800 g giant squid tentacles (cleaned)
