Taste was pretty good, Ive never been a huge fan of octopus in general, there's something about the texture I don't love and this can was no different. I put it in a garlic butter and parsley pasta sauce and added shrimp as well.

  1. For context: canned seafood is super popular in Portugal. So much so they have “souvenir” style shops where you can buy them. They come in really colorful and festive tins since, again, they are kind of souvenirs you might buy for friends and family.

    Had no idea they had a store in NYC as well.
