    If someone wants the recipe

    **What You’ll Need:**

    * 1 sheet (around 10 oz) puff pastry, thawed (all-butter if you can!)
    * 4 tbsp unsalted butter, nice and soft
    * 3-4 cloves garlic, minced up fine (or more if you’re a garlic fiend!)
    * 1 cup shredded cheese (I love using a mix of sharp cheddar & mozzarella for flavour and meltiness)
    * 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped up
    * A pinch of salt
    * A pinch of black pepper
    * (Optional: a tiny dash of smoked paprika or red pepper flakes for a little kick)

    **How to Make ‘Em:**

    1. First up, get your oven preheating to 400°F (200°C). Give a standard 6-cup muffin tin a quick grease so nothing sticks.
    2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
    3. Lightly flour your counter and gently roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet just a bit, aiming for roughly a 10×12 inch rectangle.
    4. Spread that yummy garlic butter mixture evenly all over the pastry, going right to the edges.
    5. Sprinkle your shredded cheese evenly all over the butter.
    6. Starting from one of the long sides, roll the pastry up fairly tightly into a log shape. Give the seam a little pinch to seal it.
    7. Carefully slice the log into 6 equal rounds (they’ll be about 1.5-2 inches thick).
    8. Place each slice cut-side up into one of the cups in your prepared muffin tin.
    9. Bake ’em for about 20-25 minutes. You’re looking for them to be beautifully puffed up, golden brown, and have that cheese on top all bubbly and maybe slightly browned – that’s the best part!
    10. Super important step: Let them cool down *in the muffin tin* for about 5-10 minutes before you try to take them out. This helps them set up properly.

    Enjoy! They’re amazing warm.
